Date Protection Act
Amazing People is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. The only information we collect about you is the information you supply when you complete any of our forms or quesitonnaire.
Assessments involve supplying some personal data to the specifc testing organisation. These all have their own privacy statements on their web sites and can be supplied on request.
Any forms you submit, and notes taken are kept in a locked cabinet and shredded three months after our last contact.
We never show or share the information we hold on you to any third parties, for any reason.
Payment – E-commerce gateway
Payment for services is required at time of order – you can pay using credit cards or submit a cheque. The shopping cart we use is Cartville. Card payments are processed by World Pay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland). http://www.worldpay.com/uk/ or PayPal in a secure environment.
Right to cancel
Once an assessment has been ordered and completed you are not able to cancel as the report will have been prepared and personalised to you.

Complaints
Complaints should be submitted in writing by post or email. I treat any complaint seriously and will work hard to address your problem to your satisfaction.
