2 combined reports are available: MBTI and Strong Career Report and Leadership Report using Firo-B and MBTI.

Combined reports - MBTI and Strong Career Report 

If you are choosing assessments to help you to make career decisions you can also choose to get a combined report. You need to have already taken the MBTI (any version) and Strong before ordering this report as it brings together the results from each. This brings together the results of the two different assessments. In addition to your preferred versions of the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory reports, you can choose this which helps you make sense of information relating to interests and personality.

 In the report you will read a short summary of the results from the two assessments, referring to the 6 general occupational themes and your MBTI preference. Your results are then combined so you can see how, for example, a preference for Social jobs combined with an ENFJ personality type will show at work.  The report then combines the personal style elements of the Strong Interest Inventory with your MBTI preference.

You then get a list of career fields and occupation that have been suggested by both the MBTI and Strong. This is not just a list but a detailed description to include typical work tasks and the type of knowledge, skills and abilities required for these particular jobs. There is also a brief list of other occupations to explore. The report then moves onto career management strategies and provides useful guidance if you are looking for a new job and the sort of environment that will be useful for you. It also makes suggestions for how to make your job more interesting.

An additional bonus to this report is to explain how you could get more balance between work and other areas of your life. It then covers how to stay motivated and guides you on what to do next.

Combined reports - Leadership Report using Firo-B and MBTI 

If you seek to expand your understanding of your leadership style, in particular how you relate to others then this is a very powerful additional report. Particularly when combined with the CPI Coaching Report For Leaders.  You need to have already taken the MBTI (any version) and Firo-B before ordering this report as it brings together the results from each.

As this is a self report it cannot assess your potential for CEO but it is valuable in self understanding and through coaching to create a development plan. The report begins with a quick snapshot of your leadership style based on the results from the MBTI.  It then looks at your leadership approach where your Firo results are incorporated. Your Firo results are then explored, from a leadership perspective. The report then looks at your results in respect to 3 basic group roles - Clarifier, Director and Encourager.  

The report also details the effects of your MBTI preferences in the work place and tells you which role you will be most comfortable with, for example Promoter. Further detail is covered relating to relating to others:

• How you work in a team
• What you expect from other leaders
• Your bases of power and influence
• Dealing with change and stress
